Tic-Tacs are popular mints everybody enjoys. Whether or not you forget to brush your teeth, or you just like a good orange flavor savoring your mouth. These are 3 facts about Tic-Tacs you might not know about.
1. Tic-Tacs come with their own dispensers!
Tic-Tacs have their own dispensers in their opening latch. It's shaped like a Tic-Tac, but two times bigger. Instead of shaking it to take out a Tic-Tac, you can use the "clip" as shown below to properly dispense one.
2. Tic-Tacs are actually risky to enjoy!
Tic-Tacs may taste good, but actually contains some harmful waxes and acids. In the pie chart shown below, a Tic-Tac is mostly made out of acids and wax. There is also a small chance for you to get addicted to Tic-Tacs.
3. Tic-Tacs were originally called "Refreshing Mints"
When Tic-Tacs were first introduced in 1969, "Tic-Tac" was not the first name for the product. "Refreshing Mints" made its way to stores and changed their name to "Tic-Tac" soon later.
